What BIP is

BIP is an offline-first point-of-sale and inventory app for small retail and wholesale businesses. It handles billing, GST invoicing, stock, parties and reports, and works without an internet connection.

Common questions

• Signing in. Use Sign in with Apple or Google on the login screen. A new account starts a 15-day free trial.
• Subscription. Subscriptions are managed on your account, not inside the iOS app. Write to us for validity or billing questions.
• Printing. On iPhone and iPad, receipt printers must support Bluetooth LE, or connect over Wi-Fi. Classic-Bluetooth-only printers cannot pair with iOS devices.
• Syncing two devices. Both devices must be on the same Wi-Fi network. Allow the local-network permission when prompted.
• Deleting your account. Open Settings → Cloud Sync → Delete account in the app, or use the account deletion page.
