Delete Your ShopBiz Account

You can request deletion of your ShopBiz account and all associated cloud data at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what is deleted, and what may be retained.

How to request deletion

Send an email to contact@conetca.com with the subject "Delete my ShopBiz account".
Send it from the email address you use to sign in to ShopBiz, or include that address in the message so we can verify the request.
We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then notify you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication record) and profile
All cloud-synced business data: products, inventory, customers and suppliers, sales, invoices, purchases, and ledger records
Cloud backups and uploaded product photos

What may be retained

Records that we are legally required to keep are retained only for the statutory retention period required by applicable law, and are deleted after that period expires.

Data stored on your device

Your business records also live in a local database on your phone. That copy is under your control — remove it by clearing the App's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling alone does not delete your cloud data; use the request above for that.
