This Privacy Policy explains how Conetca Technology Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the JK Store mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
JK Store lets customers of a connected shop browse the shop's live product catalog, view photos and videos of products, and place orders that the shop fulfills.
a. Account information. You may sign in with your Google account through Firebase Authentication; we collect your email address and Google profile name to identify your orders. Browsing the catalog is possible without an account.
b. Order details you enter. When you place an order you provide a name and phone number so the shop can contact you about the order, plus the products, quantities, and any notes on the order.
c. Activity in the App. Products you like and orders you place are stored so you can see them in your Activity and My Orders screens. Your shopping cart is saved locally on your device.
d. Camera. The App can use your camera only to scan barcodes/QR codes (to connect to a store or look up a product). Camera frames are processed on-device and are never stored or uploaded.
e. Push notification token. We store a device messaging token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so the App can notify you about your orders.
We do not collect your precise location, and we do not collect or store payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or similar financial credentials. Payment for orders is settled directly with the shop outside the App.
We do not use your data for advertising, and the App does not display third-party ads.
Your orders and likes are stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) on our behalf. All data transmitted between the App and our cloud services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

The name, phone number, and order details you submit with an order are shared with the shop you ordered from so it can fulfill your order — that is the App's purpose. Beyond that, we do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or independent purposes. Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services.
You may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data at any time — see How to delete your JK Store account. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations. Your cart is stored only on your device and is removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@conetca.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
