Delete Your JK Store Account

You can request deletion of your JK Store account and all associated cloud data at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what is deleted, and what may be retained.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to contact@conetca.com with the subject "Delete my JK Store account".
  2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to JK Store (your Google sign-in email), or include that address in the message so we can verify the request.
  3. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then notify you when it is done.

What is deleted

What may be retained

Orders you placed are also the business records of the shop that fulfilled them; the shop retains its copy of completed orders (products, amounts, and the contact details you submitted with the order) as required for its bookkeeping and by applicable law. Records we are legally required to keep are retained only for the statutory retention period.

Data stored on your device

Your shopping cart is stored only on your phone. Remove it by clearing the App's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the App.
