You can request deletion of your JK Store account and all associated cloud data at any time, using the form below.

Nothing is deleted yet: we first send a confirmation to this address, so nobody can delete an account they do not own. Once you confirm, deletion is completed within 30 days and we notify you when it is done.

What is deleted

What may be retained

Orders you placed are also the business records of the shop that fulfilled them; the shop retains its copy of completed orders (products, amounts, and the contact details you submitted with the order) as required for its bookkeeping and by applicable law. Records we are legally required to keep are retained only for the statutory retention period.

Data stored on your device

Your shopping cart is stored only on your phone. Remove it by clearing the App's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the App.
