This Privacy Policy explains how Conetca Technology Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Order Sense mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Order Sense is a production-line purchase-order application for businesses. A business places a purchase order and routes it through manufacturing phases; each phase is assigned to a manufacturer who fulfills their part, sets a delivery date, optionally enters a price, and checks out, which advances the order to the next phase.
a. Account information. You sign in with your Google account through Firebase Authentication. We collect your email address (your account identity) and your Google profile name. You may also provide a mobile number as a contact detail so other parties on an order can reach you; it is never used as a credential.
b. Order data you enter. The App stores the purchase-order records you and your counterparties create, which may include product descriptions, quantities, units, prices, delivery dates, phase assignments, and the contact details of assigned manufacturers.
c. Photos. You may attach photos to orders (for example, product or work-in-progress photos). These are chosen by you from your camera or gallery and are uploaded to secure cloud storage so the other parties on the order can see them.
d. Push notification token. We store a device messaging token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so the App can notify you when an order assigned to you changes.
We do not collect your precise location, and we do not collect or store payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or similar financial credentials.
We do not use your data for advertising, and the App does not display third-party ads.
Your order data is stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore for records, Firebase Storage for photos) on our behalf. All data transmitted between the App and our cloud services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Order details (including your name, mobile number, photos, prices, and delivery dates you enter) are visible to the other participants of the same order — that is the App's purpose. Beyond that, we do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or independent purposes. Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services.
You may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data at any time — see How to delete your Order Sense account. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations.
The App is intended for use by businesses and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@conetca.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
